Mangia! Get ready for a hands-on culinary adventure that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy, all from the comfort of Brian's Kitchen. In this workshop, you'll discover the art of crafting homemade pasta from scratch.

You'll start out with a welcome appetizer prepared by Vita as she lays the groundwork for the class. Next, Vita will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to create 4 cuts of pasta: Tagliatelle - Bowties - Garganelli - and Pappardelle. You will then have the opportunity to enjoy one shape of pasta, paired with Vita's amazing Bolognese Sauce, and the rest of your pasta will come home with you! So, roll up your sleeves, put on your apron, and let the pasta-making magic begin!

Vita, the original Italian Foodie, takes all she has learned from the expert hands of generations of family and passes authentic Italian techniques and recipes on to her students. Through convivial hands-on workshops, she shares a love of life and all things pasta.

The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy. BYOB (beer and wine only please).
