Mangia! Get ready for a hands-on culinary adventure that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy, all from the comfort of Brian's Kitchen. In this hands-on workshop, you'll discover the art of crafting authentic and delicious Italian foods, with the freshest ingredients available!

You'll start out with a welcome appetizer prepared by Vita as she lays the groundwork for the class. Next, students will learn how to make:
- Roman Artichoke Appetizer, served with crostini
- Risotto with Seasonal Vegetables
- Dessert, Vita's choice!

So, roll up your sleeves, put on your apron, and let the magic begin!

Vita, the original Italian Foodie, takes all she has learned from the expert hands of generations of family and passes authentic Italian techniques and recipes on to her students. Through convivial hands-on workshops, she shares a love of life and all things pasta.

This class is vegetarian, and gluten-free friendly. Please note any dietary restrictions when registering, and we will do our best to accommodate. Feel free to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal.
