Spring is in the air with the April Sunday Supper, which will feature Weston's own Chef Alison Grace, bringing us a delicious menu that highlights the earliest fresh ingredients of the year. Chef Alison has been in the food industry for over 28 years. From baking cakes for her sister in elementary school, to working as a cheese monger in high school, to waitressing her way through college, to managing fine dining establishments post-graduation, to eventually becoming Executive Chef at an Award-winning Fairfield County restaurant, to now acting as chef/owner of her own catering company–there is nothing Alison cannot do. Alison decided it was time to add “cookbook author” to her career accomplishments and recently released Savor, which is a carefully curated collection of Alison’s favorite recipes, themed classes, and menus for enthusiastic home cooks to create festive gatherings for friends and family.

The menu will include:

Spring greens with radish, fresh peas, cucumber and fresh feta with lemon-basil vinaigrette

Tarragon roasted chicken breasts served over “smashed” potatoes

Orecchiette pasta with spring onions, fennel and hardwood bacon

Harissa honey carrots with tahini vinaigrette

Assorted artisan dinner rolls with herb butter

Dessert
Strawberry basil shortcake
Coffee and tea

Sunday suppers are the perfect opportunity to get together with friends, celebrate a special occasion, or meet new people at a cozy, no-fuss venue right in your backyard. Communal tables fit up to 9 people, and a limited number of larger tables may be available upon request. Please indicate any seating requests or dietary restrictions during registration, or email programming@lachattownfarm.org. This event is BYO - feel free to bring additional beverages to enjoy with your meal!

Please note that we cannot offer refunds if your plans change, but you are welcome to switch time slots (if available) or transfer tickets (please just let us know who to expect in your place). If joining the waitlist, please indicate the total number of people in your group in the notes section.
