Alice: The Trail to Wonderland

An Immersive Theatrical Experience

Friday-Sunday May 9-11 and 16-18

This May, audiences are invited on a magical journey through a strange land as Lachat Farm in Weston, Connecticut is transformed into the immersive theatrical experience, ALICE: A Trail to Wonderland.

Alice: The Trail to Wonderland — is an immersive, mad, and playful 1980s inspired reimagining of Alice in Wonderland. Filled with both original music and familiar hits - this is not your grandmother’s Alice!

After a heated argument with her parents, 15-year-old Alice runs to her sanctuary among the daisies and falls asleep. She is woken by a huge White Rabbit that she follows down the rabbit hole into a totally awesome and super weird world. Teeming with the most curious yet strangely familiar characters, Alice is whisked away on a vibrant, music-fueled journey of self-discovery, magic, and madness, ending in a bodacious UnBirthday Party festival for everyone!

So grab your hair spray and hammer pants, we’re going on a rad adventure!

The indoor/outdoor, 1 hour, theatrical experience takes place across the entire farm— throughout the houses and barns, over rolling hills and through forest paths. The theatrical experience is recommended for ages 5 - 100. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This is not a drop off event, no exceptions. This is not a "sit down" theatrical experience so please be prepared to walk and wear comfortable shoes, appropriate for farm terrain.

Thanks to Camelot Realty for their generous sponsorship of ALICE and support of programming at Lachat. The mission of Lachat Town Farm is to offer farming, environmental education, and cultural experiences for all ages, community-building opportunities, and to create an important connection with and enjoyment of our land that fosters a happier, healthier and more "grounded" community.
