Sound Meditation Student Ticket

Presented by Lachat Town Farm & Weston Social Services In Honor of Mental Health Awareness Month
May 30, 2025 - 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Join us for a calming and restorative evening inside the Offutt Center at Lachat Farm, where the soothing sounds of healing instruments will guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this special event is designed to support emotional well-being, mindfulness, and community connection.
Led by renowned sound healer Kelvin Young, RSS, this immersive sound meditation experience features crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Kelvin’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach creates a safe space to release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner self.
This session will conclude with a mindful cacao tasting—a grounding, heart-centered ritual that pairs beautifully with the meditative journey.
